Favourite 5(ish) creations of 2013 and Happy Healthy New Year Wishes

Hope you've had a lovely day.

Mine has been spent doing a little retail therapy - ordered some new sofas for the lounge - not due to be delivered until March - but so looking forward to them arriving :o)

Then we went for a cup of tea and a play with Lola Arizona and Ruby Mae before Lola has to go home tomorrow :o(

Just wanted to pop by to share some of my favourite makes from this year and to join in the fun with Debby and everyone else that has joined in too - it's lovely to look back at all the gorgeous makes.

As my post title suggests I found it hard to just pick 5 and I also haven't stuck to cards as some of my most favourite projects this year were other items.

My Top 5 Christmas Makes 2013

Good morning.

Hope you all had a lovely Christmas. It was a very busy one here in the Simpson household - but so lovely to have spent it with all the people I love the most.

Was Santa good to you???  He certainly was very good to me - lots of crafty goodies - including what was on the top of my crafty wishlist - a selection of 'Project Life' goodies which I can't wait to get started with - so I have been busy snapping away with the camera everyday :o)

I have not been in my little crafty haven for what seems like an age but hopefully as things are getting back to 'normal' this weekend I should be able to find some time to have a play later.

The lovely Debby is hosting her fabulous fun challenge again this year and as I have no new projects to share with you today I thought I would join in the fun and share my Top Picks with you.

 

As always it has taken me ages to make this decision - I didn't realise I had made so many cards this year lol!!!! I hope you like my choices :o)

Good morning my lovely blogging friends.

Hope you had a wonderful weekend and are somewhat nearer to being ready for the BIG DAY next week.

I had a busy weekend starting with a surprise visit from my youngest older brother that I hadn't seen for 5.5 years on Saturday.

Then yesterday I had planned some quiet time to sort a few more Christmas things out, to have a little play in my crafty haven and then a good old blog catch whilst catching up on Strictly - but I got a phone call from Aaron asking me to take him Christmas shopping down the Mall so all those plans went out the window.

So by the time I got back from shopping and then caught up with Saturday's Strictly it was just about time to make a quick tea and settle down to watch the results and then the X Factor final.

So it's the start of a new week and also the start of a new challenge over at

A Hobby House Topper Bauble

How are your Christmas preparations coming on? I'm so pleased that most of mine are complete - just a few more cards to write out but all the ones that needed to be posted have been done - I nearly fell over when the man at the Post Office told me how much it all cost to post them lol!!!

But it is only once a year so I'm not too worried.
