Good morning. Hope you are all keeping well and those not I wish well soon.

Today I'm here to share my DT card for

STAMPAVIE AND MORE

and this fortnight we have the theme

AUTUMN

Here's what I did:

I had great fun putting this card together - starting with creating the background using my PanPastels and various leaf stamps that I heat embossed with True White EP.

I also randomly stamped some with various Distress Inks

The adorable image is Miss Anya Autumn - coloured with PM's - I love these rich spice colours.

The 'leafy' floral embellishment was made using Tim Holtz Tattered Poinsettia die, a button and a touch of rafia ribbon.

The wreath is a gorgeous digi from Pattie's Creations 'Autumn Wreath' - coloured with PanPastels and PM's

Sentiment ticket - Whimsy Stamps

Spots & Stripes at An Oldie But Goodie

Good morning.

I'm here with my first DT post for today and this one is for

and this fortnight the lovely Helen has picked the theme

SPOTS AND STRIPES

Here's what I did:

Unfortunately I had a request from my MiL for a sympathy card recently and I wanted to keep the design simple but elegant. The card is for one of my MiL's oldest friends. He was the Best Man at her wedding and he also Christened Jack many years later.

I recently won some images from Floppy Latte Designs and I chose this Lily Card Frame as I thought it would suit this sad occasion. I simply added the text before I printed the image off and then fussy cut it out.

My six months or more items are the Design Papers - my Mind's Eye 'Lost & Found' and the gorgeous satin ribbon.

The pearl swirl was bought recently at GNPE.

Please pop over to the main challenge blog to check out the fabulous inspiration from my DT buddies.

I don't think I would like to enter any challenges with this card - I'm just so sorry I had to make it :o(

I'll be back very shortly with a much happier card for my last GDT project for Loves Rubberstamps.

Until then - thanks for popping by.

Good morning. Hope you all remembered to put the clocks back and have enjoyed your extra hour in bed or if you're like me had an extra hour crafty playtime before the day starts proper :o)

Today's share is for someone I know that is currently undergoing treatment for BC and wants a card to give to the nurses at the end of the course of treatment shortly.

So I thought Saturated Canary's  'Boobie Love' image would be just perfect!

I took my initial inspiration from the shaped card challenge at Saturated Canary and used one of the fabulous new shaped cards from Craftwork Cards that I got at GNPE for the base card.

Image coloured with PM's and FM's

I also took inspiration from the challenges at A Gem of a Challenge this week where they are looking for Polka Dots and used some scrummy papers from First Edition 'Birdsong' Collection and In the Pink are looking for lots of pink with buttons and bows.

and Brenda picked the theme

and then added some scrummy Lilac Blossom Sequins by MeiFlower from My Crafty Heart

TOO CUTE TO SPOOK

I recently bought some of these paint pots:

Plastic Can ( large )

and here's what I did with one of them:

I covered the inside with black card stock and then decorated the outside.

This little sweetie is Witchy Wryn from Tiddly Inks and I merged the digi image onto a digi LO in Serif Craft Artist and then coloured her with PM's.

I added some silver spider's webbing around the outside of the paint pot before I added the image panel.

Spooky Treats sentiment from Pink Petticoat 'Spookydoodlies' collection

and so is the Happy Halloween sentiment on the paint pot lid

And here are the treat bags that I will put in the paint pot for the neighbours' children when they come

'Trick or Treating' next week.
