Good morning. I can hardly believe that it's Wednesday already and this is my first post since Saturday!!! Apologies for my lack of posting over the past few days - on Saturday we decided to go to Leeds to visit John's Mum - had a lovely Chinese meal on Saturday evening and an even better Father's Day brunch at Betty's Tea Rooms in Harrogate. Then Jack was ill on Sunday evening and has been off school for 2 days. On Monday I had a surprise visit from Jamie and my scrummilicious Grandaughter Lola Arizona - Jamie had her for the weekend as it was Father's Day :o)
Then yesterday I had to pick my squidgilicious Grandson Oliver up from nursery and look after him for the afternoon :o)
With all these goings on - I was shattered by the end of the day lol!!!! But managed to stay awake to watch the football - Come On England!!!!
Anyways I have had a little play and I do have a card to share with you today :o)
I took my original inspiration from the fabby new challenge at Tiddly Inks this fortnight -
'Pretty in Pink'
I adore this Wryn image - 'Grow a Little Love' available here
Image coloured with PM's and FM's
with a touch of Diamond Stickles added to hearts
Scrummy DP's - Kanban cardstock - Pearl Pastels
The gorgeous ribbon rose trim was part of a candy I won a while ago - it is sooooo gorgeous I found it hard to part with lol!!! But as I love this Wryn so much I know she would look after it :o)
This also used:
Ribbed Kraft card - from QVC
Spellbinders - Labels 4 Large and Small
Martha Stewart Scalloped Heart Border Punch
Adhesive pearls and wooden flower from NEC stash
